
General Terms of Service
Any collaboration with SenFrance implies full acceptance of these General Conditions of Service.
MANDATE
SenFrance is a service sales company. The consumer signs a mandate at the end of which he entrusts SenFrance with the preselection and presentation of housing. The details of the tasks entrusted are explained in the mandate. The signature of the mandate is mandatory to benefit from the services of SenFrance. The individual undertakes only within the framework defined by the mandate signed with SenFrance and by the General Conditions of Service, and this for the duration of the mandate.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
Accepted means of payment are bank transfer, cash, bank card or cheque.
TERMINATION OF MANDATE
At any time, the mandate may end on the initiative of either party, provided that it notifies the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, without notice and without financial compensation. , provided that the individual does not use the mandate for dishonest purposes and that SenFrance has fulfilled all of its obligations entrusted within the framework of the mandate.
NO DISCRIMINATION
SenFrance is particularly vigilant in respecting the legal provisions prohibiting any discrimination on the basis of origin, sex, mores, sexual orientation, age, family status or pregnancy, genetic characteristics, membership or non-membership, real or supposed, of an ethnic group, nation or race, political opinions, union or mutualist activities, religious convictions, physical appearance, family name or due to medical condition or disability.
DISPUTES
Any dispute that may arise between the parties as to the validity, interpretation or execution of these presents will be submitted, in the absence of an amicable agreement between the parties, to the competent courts.

For prospects and customers:
– Execution of financial simulations on SenFrance offers: SenFrance uses the contact details provided to contact the prospect and assist him in carrying out simulations,
– Proposal of other service offers,
– Management of requests and the customer account: follow-up of company placement requests, management of agent assignments, determination of benefits linked to the partner employer company, accounting operations linked to payments, processing of any unpaid bills,

THE DURATION OF THE CONVERSATION
For students and agents :
Prospective customer : 1 year from date of collection
Effective customer : 3 years from the date of collection
Agent having worked: 3 years from the end of activity
For prospective companies and customers:
Business prospect: 3 years from the date of the last contact
Company: 5 years from the last activity
After these deadlines, the data may be anonymized for statistical purposes.
RECIPIENTS
Personal data may be transmitted to the following recipients:
– Employees in charge of customer management, agent monitoring, payroll, declarations to authorized administrative authorities, prospecting, commercial relations with customers and marketing operations.
– The service providers (subcontractors) used by SenFrance for the performance of its services within the framework of the purposes mentioned above, such as for example for the management of banking transactions, the processing of customer reviews or for marketing operations,
